- Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Ticket Policy (Refunds & Resale)
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable due to our waiver requirements.
However, if you can no longer attend, we will offer a resale option through our official channels. To request resale, please email hello@wodproud.com at least 3 days before the event.
We will then release your ticket back to our community via wodproud.com and our social channels.
Refunds are only issued once your ticket has been successfully resold.
Please note:
- This is not an automatic refund process
- Refunds are conditional on resale
- We cannot guarantee that all tickets will be resold
- We manage all resales directly and do not support private transfers, so please make sure to do this through the official channel.
Requests made within 3 days of the event cannot be accommodated due to operational logistics.
- Event Access
Tickets grant you access only to the specific event and date purchased. Entry may be refused without a valid ticket.
- Right to Refuse Entry or Remove
WODproud and the host venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for behaviour that breaches our community guidelines or compromises safety.
- Event Changes and Cancellations
WODPROUD reserves the right to modify event details, including location, time, or format. In the rare case of event cancellation, refunds will be issued only at our discretion.
- Health and Safety Compliance
Participants must comply with all venue rules, including health and safety regulations and any instructions from event staff or coaches.
- Personal Data
Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy to manage your registration and event participation.
- Liability
Purchasing a ticket does not waive your acceptance of the waiver/release of liability.
- Photography and Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded at the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes.
