Every mid-month, we host large CrossFit events, welcoming 30–80+ people at different boxes across London. Partnered and group WODs pair you with new friends, and if its your first time there's a breif meet before to break the ice, so there's no need to be nervous if you're coming alone.
These fun, non-competitive events feature diverse skill and strength levels, from beginner to elite, and all exercises can be scaled to each individuals level. After the workout, we organise socials at nearby pubs or restaurants.
We will provide updates for event address and arrival times, workout details, social details and more in emails, on Instagram stories and in our WhatsApp group a few days ahead of every event. If you've registered for the an event and can't find your confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder. Funds raised from these events go directly back to the community, supporting LGBTQ+ physical and mental health and building events that foster connection and empowerment.
*While every exercise can be scaled depending on each participants fitness levels, we ask that you have ideally 2 months experience with Crossfit or functional fitness foundations before joining these events.
