We're so excited to be marching with you at Pride in London on 4 July. This will undoubtable be a memorable experience, so please take in the information below as it will ensure we all have a fabulous day.

Pride WhatsApp Group (Mandatory)

First, if you have purchased ticket to walk with us, please join our PRIDE IN LONDON PARADE WhatsApp group. This will be our primary communication channel throughout the day.

Aspects of the parade can change at short notice (including meeting locations, timings, and parade logistics), so it is essential that everyone is in the group.

Meeting Point 

13:00 – North-East Corner of Grosvenor Square W1K 4AG 

We will distribute all pre-ordered parade uniforms at the meeting point before heading to the parade entry area.

If you ordered a uniform, please arrive wearing clothes that are easy to change out of and bring only a small bag for your belongings.

If you did not order a uniform, simply arrive wearing our parade dress code:

DRESS CODE: Blue and white.
Any shade of blue or white is absolutely fine

Please Bring

• Water bottle
• Small backpack or bum bag (you will need to carry this yourself)
• Any essentials you may need during the afternoon (protein bar, sun cream, chapstick, medication, etc.)

Please Travel Light

We will have limited trolley space for:

• Music system
• Water and drinks
• Some clothing

Unfortunately, we won't be able to carry rucksacks, handbags, or larger personal items.

We also recommend eating lunch before arriving.

Optional: Collect Your Outfit in Advance

Uniforms will arrive with Levi in Broadway Market/London Fields on 1 July.

Wristbands & Parade Briefing

We'll distribute wristbands at Grosvenor Square before walking to the parade entry point.

Before we set off, Solomon and Levi will provide a short briefing covering:

• Parade route and timings
• Group organisation
• Safety information
• Day-of logistics

Throughout the parade we will rotate between three groups:

• Front Group – leading the march and synchro workout elements (let's go girls!)
• Middle Group – supporting with speakers and trolleys
• Rear Group – carrying placards and flags

Coach David from Crossfit Baldr will lead our workout moments throughout the route.

Don't worry—we won't be doing burpees for 90 minutes straight. Expect short movement bursts every 20 metres or so, with plenty of opportunities to recover, dance, cheer and enjoy the experience.

Parade Entry

13:30 – As a group arrive at Entry Point 3 (Mount Street)

We'll walk together from Grosvenor Square to the parade entry area (approximately 5 minutes).

Please ensure your wristband is on before entering.

Toilets

Toilets are available within the parade entry area.

Please use them before the parade begins.

Once you leave the parade route, you will not be permitted to re-enter, and there are NO toilets along the route itself.

After the Parade

The parade route takes approximately 90 minutes to complete.

Once we reach the finish, we'll disperse and everyone is free to continue celebrating Pride however they wish.

We can't wait to represent our community together as 50-75 athletes march at one of the biggest Pride stages in the world.
